At Elunavie, we want your shopping experience to be as seamless as possible. This policy outlines how we handle shipping, delivery timelines, and what to expect when you place an order.

1. FREE SHIPPING

We offer free standard shipping on all orders. No minimum purchase required. The shipping cost is fully covered by Elunavie — you will never be charged for delivery.

2. PROCESSING TIME

Once your order is confirmed and payment is processed, please allow 1 to 3 business days for order processing and preparation before shipment. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has shipped.

3. ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES

Delivery times vary depending on your location. Below are estimated delivery timeframes after your order has been shipped:

United States (contiguous) 7 – 15 business days
Alaska and Hawaii 10 – 20 business days
U.S. Territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, etc.) 10 – 20 business days

These are estimated timeframes and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier logistics, customs processing, high demand periods, or circumstances beyond our control.

4. ORDER TRACKING

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your shipment. Please allow 2 to 5 business days after receiving your tracking number for tracking information to update in the carrier's system.

If you have not received tracking information within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us at contact@elunavie.com.

5. SHIPPING CARRIERS

We work with trusted international and domestic shipping carriers to ensure your order arrives safely. The carrier assigned to your shipment may vary depending on your location and product availability.

6. CUSTOMS AND IMPORT DUTIES

For shipments to U.S. territories, orders may be subject to local customs regulations. In the unlikely event that customs or import duties apply, the recipient is responsible for any such charges. For orders shipped within the contiguous United States, no customs or import duties apply.

7. DELIVERY ISSUES

Undelivered Packages:
If your tracking shows the package was delivered but you have not received it, we recommend:

  • Checking with household members or neighbors.
  • Verifying your shipping address on the order confirmation.
  • Contacting the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number.
  • If the package remains missing after 5 business days from the marked delivery date, contact us at contact@elunavie.com and we will work with you to find a solution.

Incorrect Address:
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete before placing your order. Elunavie is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping costs may apply in this case.

Damaged During Shipping:
If your order arrives damaged, please refer to our [Return & Refund Policy] and contact us within 30 days of receiving your order with photos or video of the damage.

8. DELAYS AND FORCE MAJEURE

While we strive to deliver your order within the estimated timeframes, Elunavie is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carrier delays or disruptions.
  • Adverse weather conditions or natural disasters.
  • Public health emergencies.
  • Government actions, customs holds, or regulatory delays.
  • Peak shopping seasons (holiday periods, promotional events).
  • Any other events beyond our reasonable control.

In the event of significant delays, we will make reasonable efforts to keep you informed.

9. P.O. BOXES AND MILITARY ADDRESSES (APO/FPO/DPO)

We currently ship to standard U.S. residential and commercial addresses. Delivery to P.O. Boxes and military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO) may be available but could be subject to extended delivery times. If you have concerns about shipping to a specific address type, please contact us before placing your order.
