Safety & How It Works

Is LED light therapy safe for my skin?

Yes. LED light therapy is non-invasive and does not emit UV rays, which is why it's been used by skincare professionals for years. The Elunavie mask uses gentle wavelengths of red, blue, yellow and near-infrared light suitable for all skin types and tones. If you have a history of photosensitivity or take photosensitizing medication, we recommend checking with a healthcare professional before use, and always keep your eyes closed during sessions.

What do the different light colors do?

Each wavelength is associated with a different skin goal:

  • Red (around 630nm): associated with supporting collagen for a firmer, smoother-looking complexion.
  • Blue (around 460nm): helps target the bacteria linked to breakouts, for clearer-looking skin.
  • Yellow (around 590nm): can help with the look of redness and uneven tone.
  • Near-infrared (around 850nm): penetrates the deepest to support a refreshed, hydrated glow.

Using Your Mask

How often should I use the mask?

We recommend using your Elunavie mask once a day for about 10 minutes, ideally as part of your evening routine. Consistency is key — daily use delivers the best results. Use it after cleansing and before applying your serums or moisturizer.

Can I use it with my current skincare products?

Results

How long until I see results?

Most people notice improvements in skin radiance and texture within 3 to 4 weeks of consistent daily use. For the look of fine lines and firmness, results typically become more visible after 6 to 8 weeks. Individual results vary depending on skin type and how consistently you use the mask.

How long does shipping take?

We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States. Delivery typically takes 7 to 15 business days. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships so you can follow its progress.

What is your return policy?
